The tutorial format is a slide presentation with some class exercises. MagicDraw is used by the instructor to demonstrate how the tool can be used to support MBSE. The course material is significantly drawn from the book entitled "A Practical Guide to SysML".

Cost: $299

This tutorial explores how to leverage MBSE with OMG’s Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) in an integrated and disciplined approach, enabling the modernization of systems of systems. Tutorial is based on an industry case-study and features the creation of architecture from A to Z, combining both theory and practice.

This workshop will detail the benefits of a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach versus a document-based approach for DoD Systems Acquisition. Also included is a hands-on lab exercise using Cameo® Enterprise Architecture to create a UPDM model that will auto-generate an interface Control Document (ICD).

How much time do you usually spend on discovering the impact of changes coming from business? Do you need a high-level view when discussing data models with management? Or do you require very detailed information when presenting data models to technical teams?

The tutorial provides a foundation on how to create precise models that can be executed using Cameo Simulation Toolkit plugin. The tutorial is very practical – it is driven by a sequence of hands-on assignments based on an educational case study model.
